Jason Bibler

Owner (The Recruiting Guy)

After coaching in college for almost 10 years, including 3 years as a D1 Head Coach, Jason started PRI in 2018 and has been doing recruiting full-time for clubs and families in the DFW area (and beyond) ever since.

Michelle Foster

Recruiting Coordinator (Texas)

After playing Division 1 volleyball for three years at Texas State University, Michelle joined PRI in the early months of 2024. Michelle grew up playing club volleyball at Skyline Juniors in Dallas, where she has now been an assistant coach since 2023.

Taylor Van der Biezen

Recruiting Coordinator (North Carolina)

Taylor played her college volleyball as a setter at Marist University. She joins PRI in Spring 2026 after spending the past 7 years as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the NCAA Division I level (Bryant University, U.S. Naval Academy, University of Miami).
